  18. Another amazing dish, beautifully ruined. The celery, carrot and onion mix is called soffritto for a reason and is the base of many Italian dishes. It has to be fried before the meat, not after, huge mistake. Also, you should simmer it with a bit of white or red wine.

  23. I just made this! I also added 1 tsp of paprika and 1sp of chilli powder and 1 tsp of Balsamic Vinegar to the Ragu

  26. A Bolognese sauce does NOT include meat – what you are making there is a Ragu. Typical Jamie !.
